Rapid Ramp Ltd reserves the right to change & modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are made signifies your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

 

Website use & information:

This site and the information, names, images, drawings, pictures, logo regarding or relating to Rapid Ramp Ltd are provided "as is" without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. 

Though Rapid Ramp attempt to ensure the information contained within this site is accurate, it does not guarantee that it is error-free.

Due to the differences in browser software and monitors, the actual colour of images and drawings may vary from that shown on the site.

Commercial use or publication of all or any PDF, image or drawing shown is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Rapid Ramp Ltd. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any licence by Rapid Ramp Ltd to use any item shown.

Documents may be copied for personal use strictly on the condition that copyright and source indications are also copied, no modifications are made, and the document is copied entirely. 

 

Quotation responsibility:

Unless we have carried out a site survey, it is the customers responsibility to ensure items and layout quoted are accurate, including (but not limited to) sizes, specifications, gradients, drawings and groundworks. We cannot accept responsibility for errors once a quotation has been accepted.

Unforeseen works (howsoever caused) may be subject to further charges. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 60 days (from quotation date).

We must be made aware before acceptance of any special client requirements to avoid delays.

 

Placing an order & payment terms:

Order confirmation/acceptance must be made by email quoting our quotation number or Project address as reference.

Clients who have an approved credit account are required to settle accounts subject to standard company terms of 30 days’ end of the month (unless expressly stated otherwise or determined by specific contractual agreement).

Clients who do not have a credit account are required to make a proforma payment of 100% on receipt of a confirmed order.

 

Supply & installation orders:

All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 3 years. Every effort will be made to maintain the site as clean and tidy as possible. We do not take responsibility for any redecoration or extraneous works, except as expressly stated.

An installation date will be provided; however, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. In these events we will do whatever we can to keep you informed. 

 

Supply only orders:

Goods are despatched in line with agreed delivery arrangements within 48 hours of order being placed.

 

Product availability:

We strive to maintain good stock levels of our core range at all times. Standard stock colour is black finish for our handrails. Non-standard colours are subject to lead time and additional cost.

Balustrade (infill) rails and GRP platforms are classed as ‘extra’ products. Stock is not held in the same volume as standard black components and will vary depending on current/forecasted demand. 

Please provide as much notice as possible for all non-standard or ‘special’ ramping/handrail or door/window requirements and check/verify availability and lead times with us before committing to any client installation dates.

 

Product guarantee:

The Rapid Ramp System comes with a 3-year guarantee and an expected life span of over 25 years.  

Ramp removal service:

Once a removal request has been received, a date for the works will be supplied (via phone or email). Please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control.

 

Payments:

Payments can be made via BACS (preferred), credit/debit card or cheque. Cheques are to be made payable to Rapid Ramp Ltd. Please contact our offices on 01424 714646 for clarification on payment methods if required

Private client payments (installation): A deposit of 75% is required on receipt of a confirmed order with a balance of 25% payable on the day of installation.

 

Retention schemes:

Rapid Ramp Ltd do not operate a retention scheme (or similar). Full payment must be made in accordance with agreed payment terms.
