Access Hatch, Blackpool Victoria Hospital

The surgery was constructing a new access point; however, an irregularity in the concrete levels would hinder wheeled hospital beds from using the walkway.

With its reusable components, a modular ramp was selected as a cost-effective solution to bridge the gap.

Our in-house design team created the CAD drawings.

These were provided to the client with their quotation.

A fully compliant ramp with a 1:15 gradient, was efficiently installed within a few hours. This swift installation enabled the new entrance to open promptly.

The ramp features an access hatch, facilitating entry to the drain underneath.
